Freitag, Robert (Bob) Henry, 69, of Centennial, Colorado, went to his heavenly home on June 25, 2012.

Bob was born in Britton, South Dakota, on July 16, 1942, and raised in Colbert, Washington. His parents were Alfred and Marie Freitag.

He married Jeanette Zimmerman Freitag in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on July 26, 1963. Their son Brandon was born in 1966. Until 1979, they made their home in the Minneapolis area, where Bob was employed with a custom molding plastics company. In 1980 they moved to the Denver area, where Bob was in sales until his retirement in 2009.

In October of 2009, Bob was diagnosed with cancer. He had a tremendous will to live and lived his life with a song in his heart. He loved people and wanted to make a difference in their lives by helping in whatever way he could. For relaxation, he listened to music, spent time outdoors, golfed, and played tennis.

His desire was to draw nearer to the Lord every day of his life. A favorite Bible passage was 1 Corinthians 3:10-15.

Bob is survived by his wife Jeanette; his son Brandon (Karla); his grandsons, Brandon Jr., Jordan, and Joshua; his brothers Barton, David, Leonard, Charles, a sister Joyce; and numerous nieces and nephews.
